Q: How does shipping work?

A: 

**Due to the overwhelming number of orders, postal carriers are struggling to keep up this holiday season. Sometimes they will mark things as delivered in advance of the product reaching its final destination. Please double check the address you used, look at all places where the package could have been delivered, then wait a few business days for the package to actually arrive. Then say if it still hasn’t reached you, please get in touch and we can troubleshoot together.**

 

Domestic: Stickers will be sent out via Economy Mail ($1.99), meaning it will be sent out in an envelope with a stamp. Upgrading to a tracked mail is available at check out if you prefer! Keychains and pins are sent via USPS First Class Package ($5.00).

 

Canada/Mexico: Stickers will be sent out via Economy Mail International ($2.99). This is a stamp on an envelope with no tracking. Tracking option is not available. Keychains and pins are sent via DHL ($15.00).

 

Australia: Stickers will be sent out via Economy Mail International. This is a stamp on an envelope with no tracking ($2.99). Tracking option is not available. Keychains and pins are currently not shipped to Australia.

 

EU: Stickers will be sent out via Economy Mail International ($2.99). This is a stamp on an envelope with no tracking. Tracking option is not available. Keychains and pins are sent via DHL ($18.00).

All orders are subject to VAT. You will be charged taxes + fees once you receive your items (You can read about it here). If you would like to pay VAT upfront, please purchase from my etsy shop.

 

UK: Please purchase from my etsy shop! (If you're in the US, I would really appreciate it if you shopped on my website because this is my main online shop. The prices are lower on here compared to etsy to help you out :))

 

Q: When am I getting my order?

A: Orders will be shipped within 1-2 weeks. USPS has been averaging from 1-3 weeks. If you're international, this will be longer, about 6-8 weeks. 

In the event that an incorrect or undeliverable address is provided, you will receive an email asking you if you want your items reshipped (at your discretion) or if you want a refund. If we have not received an updated address after 3 business days, the original listing price of the item(s) will be refunded minus shipping. But remember, you can always simply purchase again later!


Q: What are your Return/Exchange/Cancellation policies?

A: Returns/Exchanges: We do not accept returns nor exchange. But if you have any questions, please feel free to email us at info@hitotsuworldllc.com.

Cancellation: If you would like to cancel your order, please email info@hitotsuworldllc.com within 24 hours of placing your order.

 

Q: How do you pronounce your store name?

A: It's pronounced He-Toe-Tsu (he as in "he likes books", toe as in "toes on your feet", and tsu as in "tsunami")

 

Q: What does Hitotsu mean?

A: Hitotsu means "one" in Japanese!

 

Q: Why is your store named "Hitotsu World LLC"?

A: I'm Japanese and American, so to represent both cultures, I named my store "one world". Hence why my logo is Earthy, with both Japan and the PNW visible!

  

Q: Are you packaging materials recyclable/compostable?

A: Yes! Aside from the stickers themselves, everything is recyclable. (even the Earth tapes because they are paper tapes) Glassine bags are compostable!

 

Q: Did you really draw everything?

A: Yes I did! It's fun to turn my own creations into products and spread joy and happiness to the world!
